What do other visitors say?

Having been to your Christmas spectacular some years ago and remembering its magic, I brought the family again in December. It was so disappointing. Several of the displays were malfunctioning and the magic was missing. It was feet e pensive and just did not merit the outlay or journey and queues!

Jackie, 11/Jan/2018

Thanks for taking the time to send us your feedback on Enchanted Christmas, and we're sorry to hear that you did not enjoy your visit. We do our very best to ensure that the different spectacles along the trail work smoothly, and have staff walking the trail throughout the evening, who alert the engineers if anything has malfunctioned so that it is fixed as soon as possible. Enchanted Christmas is a very popular event and as such some queuing is inevitable. However, we do our utmost to ensure that queuing is kept to a minimum, for instance by introducing time-slotted entry to ensure that there are never too many people along the trail at once.

Myself and my children visited the Enchanted Christmas recently. We absolutely loved it. What a fantastic display. We loved all the different areas and the fact that you could get a hot chocolate part way around. As a member the ticket was good value for money. The staff were friendly and happy despite being one of the coldest evenings of the year! I would happily recommend this event and will be returning next year

So glad to hear that you enjoyed your visit to Enchanted Christmas this year! We look forward to seeing you again this December

As a member I continue to be saddened by the often vitriolic posts about dogs. Despite being a fully paid up member as a dog owner I can only access Silk Wood which I totally accept. I wish others were as tolerant. I don't necessarily want to listen to screaming children but I realise that in a shared world I can't have it all my own way. May I suggest clearer signage that pre-warns those less tolerant that Silk Wood is dog friendly and for a dog free experience they may prefer the Old Arboretum.

Thanks for taking the time to send us your feedback - we do our best to ensure that Westonbirt provides something for both dog walkers and non dog walkers by keeping the Old Arboretum dog free but by welcoming dogs into Silk Wood. Your comments regarding clearer signage on this policy onsite have been passed onto the team and will be taken on board going forward.
