We've been many times to Westonbirt and this was well organised as usual. Tried a new way of getting the cars out after the concert, it worked better but its never going to be easy. Well done Westonbirt. George Ezra was brilliant.

Such a great venue, George Ezra was insane, hoping for a return of George next year!

Very well organised event, amazingly civilised crowd! This venue seems to be highly successful so time to invest in a screen for the seated section! I would be interested in attending again.

Attended on Friday and Sunday, artist were excellent. But the new parking arrangements were appalling. We have attended for the last six years and have had no problem with staying at a hotel in Tetbury and driving to the venue

Set off at the usual time on Friday,6:30 only to find a queue on the main road just outside Tetbury.Parked up at 7:30 then 30 mins walk to arena to face 100yards of queue. After concert we eventually got back to Tetbury, three miles away, at 12:30.Sunday was a little easier to park, but again complete chaos to get out.

Parking needs to be returned to site or I will not be attending next year

Visited on Sat 16th June. Very impressed with the management and organisation. Very polite staff and a pleasure to be at the venue. Good selection of food and drinks at reasonable prices. Other venues tend to rip off festive goers so this made a nice change. We will visit again.

We live locally and have been to previous events at Westonbirt but this was an an appalling experience, the walk from the school is too far particularly for older people with picnics, we weren't informed of alternative parking with a lesser walk.

Security extremely slow, our lane took 35mins due to only one security person checking bags, all other lanes had two.

For the size of crowd not having a big screen was ridiculous and ruined the experience, stage too far away.

Paloma finished early and gave a 'social responsibility' lecture between songs which we didn't pay to listen to.

We left early, as did a lot of people, to avoid the traffic queues afterwards.

Will not be returning and would not recommend Westonbirt as a venue.

Went to see George Ezra who was brilliant even though we were all wet. Not so brilliant was trying to exit the car park. It took over an hour and there were no stewards until the very last bit which was well controlled - the exits onto the road. Turned into a free for all and I was surprised there were no accidents.

Also, why a booking fee per ticket rather than transaction?

So glad the rained stopped for George Ezra. Great concert, fabulous sound and loved the background chat about the songs. Shame he only played for 1hour 15mins

Went to see Paloma Faith & George Ezra at Westonbirt they were both fabulous and loved Ward & Thomas not Dan so much though . The parking OMG , what have you done this year a complete nightmare . Your marshals didnt even know what they should be telling people last night . The school car park is too far for us 50+ you didnt add that to your video . Maybe in 2019 you will get the parking right

event organisation of traffic, parking and entry to concert very good.

Concert timings short! Dan Caplen on at 8pm disappointing as a warm up artist- too much swearing and George Ezra Fab but finished at 10.15 mot 10.30!

Paloma was brilliant & the organisation in the arena was great. Taken a star off for the car park exit arrangements - it was very unpleasant to see some of the behaviour of people just concerned about themselves, barging into queues with no consideration for others & actually causing some of the problems. More traffic stewards earlier would have helped. Once they arrived & started to take control everyone got moving.

A wonderful place for a concert. Saw Paloma Faith last night. Getting out of the car park was a complete disaster. I didn't think it would take over an hour and 10 minutes to get out of the disabled car park. Thank heavens I had my night meds with me!

Second time at Westonbirt for a concert. The concert itself was fantastic, it's also a great venue. However, it was an hour before we moved in the car park. It appeared as though there was no one managing the cars so while some areas seemed to continuously flow, others stayed at a complete stand still.

Great setting and great music from Paul Heaton and Jaqui Abbott (that's why I've given this a 4 star rating). However,it took us 50 minutes to walk from the car park and to get through the security check. There were simply not enough checkpoints. Leaving the venue was not good either. The path to the car park in the school was not really adequately lit and became very crowded at points. Stewarding on the path to the car park was virtually non-existant. Exiting the car park took an hour - no real signs of any proper plan to control the traffic in an orderly manner, so it ended up in a free-for-all.

Always love the experience of concerts at Westonbirt in its beautiful setting and have been many times however we had to park by the school and could not believe how far the walk was down to the venue, I am able bodied so not a problem for me however as much as I love walking it spoiled the evening for me and the walk back and by the time we got out on to the main road I eventually got home at 12.45am , I have never been that late home from one of your concerts before,on the plus side Paul Heaton and Jacque Abbott were amazing and I shall of course continue to come to concerts but hopefully will not park by the school.

Parking - epic fail. The new arrangements meant that not only was there an additional 30 minute walk back to the car park but we then took over an hour to get to the main road. The concert ended at 10-30 we left at 12-15, I expected a bit of a wait but have never had to endure this before. It would have been even longer had we not been fortunate that the heavily pregnant lady in the car behind us persuaded the parking attendant to let our stream of cars out. I have never had such a disappointing end to a forest live concert.

This really spoilt what had been a fab concert with great music. We wont be going again in future.

Been to see Mcfly 2009, JLS 2010, Scouting for Girls 2011, Olly Murs 2013 and Rudimental 2016 at Westonbirt. Every year it gets better. The venue is brilliant because of the great atmosphere, whether the suns out or its raining. A safe, open venue for children to go to the front stage whilst you bring your blankets, chairs and a picnic. Looking forward to returning this year to see George Ezra.

We live Forest Live, saw the amazing Spandau Ballet a few years ago. This year saw the Fantastic Olly Murs & talented Louisa Johnson on the Friday night. On Saturday night the mellow voice of Rumer, finishing off with the Soulfully fabulous, has still got it.. Rick Astley....wow what a show. Looking forward to 2018

We have been to Westonbirt every year and a FAB venue for an outdoor concert. All facilities are great however there is always a problem with people who arrive at the last minute and think they can sit at the front when people have been there since mid-day. Needs to be monitored more unfortunately

Saw Craig David this sumner. He was fab, as was the venue.

There was a wait to get out of the car park at the end but no more than any concert venue.

Hope there are some good people on in 2018.

Rick Astley was brilliant.

The organisation by WB staff and helpers was exceptional. We had a lovely picnic in the car park, listening to everyone tuning up. Thoroughly enjoyed the concert, and then took less than 10 minutes to leave the car park. Thanks for arranging a lovely evening with perfect weather :)

Fantastic night watching Rick Astley. I thought it was well organised, friendly, helpful staff, the only thing I would say, all the toilets were over one side, and the bar over the other, is it possible to dot the toilets about a bit!! thank you,,

katy , 23/Jun/2017

Rick Astley amazing - pity we then sat in the car for an hour and a half before getting out of the car park.

Saw Elbow on Thursday. Disappointed as have been to Westonbirt concerts previously and they have been good. This time parking was awful with cars from Tetbury being directed to park at Westonbirt School which is further away. The concert area seemed overcrowded compared to a few years ago when I last attended a concert. We ended up sat near the back and the sound didn't seem loud enough for a concert experience. On leaving it took over an hour just to exit the car park, not including the 15 minute walk back to the car. Why are you also charged a booking fee on top of each ticket, rather than per transaction? I'd think twice before going again.

Olly Murs was fantasic, venue itself was great, nice open space with plenty of facilities but no ice cream van! (should have this for next year!)

Only downside was getting out of the car park at the end of the night. No visible attendents until leaving the car park after being at a complete stand still for 30 mins, and people making their own routes up to get out!
