15th March 2008
What was the event?
This was a public participation event aimed at finding out what people like about woodland landscapes. A Virtual Landscape theatre was used to give contributors the opportunity to choose their preferred landscapes. There was also the opportunity to watch and comment on two films about water and landscape research.
The event was co-organised by the team running the Rural Economy and Land Use funded project on ‘Collaborative Frameworks in Land Management: A case study on integrated deer management.’ Forest Research staff are members of the team but were not involved in this particular event.
Who was the event suitable for?
Members of the public who enjoy woodlands.
