Can cracked peat be successfully rewetted? Latest results of current trials

Russell Anderson will present 'Can cracked peat be successfully rewetted? Latest results of current trials' and 'A long-term study of peat subsidence due to afforestation and drainage'.

The theme of the conference is “Thinking Big” and as well as usual updates on projects and new research findings, we will have a special session on remote sensing and other approaches needed to measure processes and communities over large scales relevant to the Flow Country. The conference includes a field trip in the RSPB Forsinard Flows Nature Reserve.
