Entry requirements for species and material originating from Great Britain going to Ireland:

Conifers - wood and bark
The wood shall be bark-free, or
Accompanied by a plant passport confirming that
(a) the place of production is from the pest free area indicated below, or 
(b) in the case of 1. wood, that it has been kiln dried to below 20% moisture content and a mark of ‘Kiln Dried’ or ‘KD’ put on the wood or its packaging 2. isolated bark has been subjected to an approved measure e.g. composting, heat treatment using a natural composting method and pulverisation.
