What do other visitors say?

Hi, I am interested in placing some geocaches in the woods here and have emailed a few times but not got a responce so I hope you can help.

I am trying to get a definative map of which parts of the woods are open to the public and also the extent of the gun clubs safety area.

Please get bak to me as soon as you can

Forestry Commission Response

I have emailed before but not received a response

I live on Green Lane next to Horsford Woods and would like to know if you are aware of a proposed development on Green Lane that would impact on the character and landscape in the immediate area. The application number is 20161770 on Broadland District Council's website. I, and people in the village would be interested in hearing your views on this. If I have directed this email incorrectly I would appreciate contact information for the person responsible for safeguarding Horsford Woods and Car Park. Many thanks in anticipation

5 Stars 5 Stars

Easy to access woodland and heath. Great for large open trails as well as smaller one's running between them. Dogs that love deep puddles will really enjoy the walking. Best bit is to the North of the Holt Road which also has a good car parking area. Very good for dragonflies and damselflies between Spring and Autumn. We've identified 16 species. 5 star rated due to natural history rather than people-orientated resources.
