Bedgebury Volunteer Groups
Volunteering at Bedgebury is a great opportunity to get fit, make friends, enjoy the open air and gain valuable work experience. If you have a few hours to spare, why not join one of our regular weekly groups?
Working hard (and having fun!) the Wednesday Wild Crew and the Sunday Working Groups do an amazing job helping to keep the Pinetum looking beautiful along with the Bedgebury operations team.
Our Bedgebury Visitor Experience Volunteers are are on hand to give visitors a warm welcome by answering questions and pointing them in the right direction, helping everyone to enjoy the best of Bedgebury.
So if you love Bedgebury and love talking to people, this could be the perfect thing for you and for Bedgebury!
We also get an enormous amount of help and support from our Learning Team Volunteers. Another pair of hands helping the learning staff who are leading the group can make everyone’s day so much easier. We currently have a full complement of Learning Team Volunteers.
As well as the invaluable help that they offer Begdebury, all of our volunteering opportunities also provide a fun, first-hand way of finding out more about the National Pinetum and the experiences that we offer across the whole of the forest.
If you are interested in volunteering with any of these fantastic groups please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org indicating which group you are interested in. We currently have a full complement of Learning Team Volunteers.
For inspiration take a look at some of our recent Volunteer News Letters with input from the volunteers themselves!
MTB trail development

The volunteer group meets on the second saturday of every month and new members are always welcome!
