The New Forest is a beautiful place for quiet recreation with mature trees, shaded streams, wild open heathland and peaceful paths.View between trees at Shatterford, New Forest FD

There are also a number of attractions in the area such as the New Forest Reptile Centre and the deer viewing platform at Bolderwood. Travelling further afield there is Moors Valley Country Park at Ringwood.

The locations on the left are some of our more popular visitor sites.  However if you are wanting to explore other areas of the New Forest, the Forestry Commission provides over 130 car parks across the Forest. For further information on our car parks please click here to view our car park map.
