Saw Paul Heaton last year and agree it was a great concert in a lovely venue. Nobody lined up for the older concert goers this year which is a shame.

Seen quite a few gigs over the last 15 years, Weller, Simple Minds, Status Quo, James, Erasure, Beautiful South, Darkness, Paul Heaton to name but a few. The venue is superb, a large clearing in the middle of the forest, beautiful when the sun is setting and a band is playing, sheltered if the weather is not so cracking. Great for a picnic in nice weather. Parking is organised brilliantly, with all the stewards directing traffic out you can clear the car park extremely quickly compared to events like Newmarket Nights which is just a free-for-all chaos. Love this venue, just wish they still had 6 six gigs a year.
