Couch to 5k 6 Week Running Programme
A 6-week beginner running course designed to get people running.
Delamere Commando Trail
A challenging 10k obstacle race in Delamere Forest.
Dog Orienteering
Due to the popularity of the last child & dog orienteering event we now have a 2nd date for the diary. This is a great activity to help improve the bond and relationship between your child and your dog, as well as both having fun outdoors.
Dog Run Challenge
Delamere Forestry Commission are bringing dog orienteering and running together for this NEW challenge for adults and their dogs.
Female Only Off Road Bike Ride
Join likeminded women on this off road bike ride around Delamere Forest. This session is just 4 and approx. 75 minutes in duration

Puddle Ducks meets Delamere Outdoor Fitness for a post natal specific afternoon of activities.

Hoola Hooping in the Forest. Sunday morning activity suitable for adults and children.
Montane Trail 10 & 13
The final race in the 2018 Montane trail tour race series is the Delamere Forest Trail 10 & 13.
Motherhood: A walk like no other
A sling chat/practice followed by a walk with your babies in their slings and some gentle yoga sequences through the forest, then time for a drink and chat at the end.
