Explore Wilverley Plain Car Park and Barbecue Site

During World War II, Wilverley Pain was ploughed Car park at Wilverley Plain, New Forest FDand sown with much needed crops.

Today, this extensive grassy lawn offers valuable grazing for ponies as well as providing an ideal area for picnicing or playing games.

There is also easy access into the adjoining woodland and it's waymarked trails.

This is a longer more informal trail which winds through this diverse and working woodland of Wilverley Inclosure.
