This is an attractive and varied woodland located on and in the valley alongside the A413 near Missenden.

The woodland has a network of tracks and trails and is an enjoyable walk from Copperkins Lane.

There is no designated parking but visitors can park considerately on Copperkins Lane and walk in over the public footpath.

The woodland was opened up to public access in 2011 and public footpaths create a diverse network in the area. Volunteers help keep the netowrk of rides and tracks open for walking and dog walking.

What do other visitors say?

Would it be possible to do barbecue? What if I use a barbecue with stand which dose not cause any damage to the land?

Sadegh, 28/Mar/2018

No, I am afraid we do not permit barbecues in the woodland. If you want a bbq we have stands and a barbecue area in Wendover woods,
