Fundamental Bushcraft Skills

This one day introduction course is the first step on your journey into the world of Bushcraft.

 This course is run by Craig Grant, a specialist in Bushcraft, Survival and Outdoor Education. It has been created to provide an experience to the tools, techniques and skills of Bushcraft. 


This is a great course for those who would like to learn new skills but don’t yet feel ready for a night out in the open. 

During this time you will learn how to safely use a knife, Saw and Axe.  You’ll learn a number of fire lighting methods ancient and modern.  How to find & construct shelter, how to manage & cook over a fire, how to identify plants for food & medicine, and many other skills.

This course will give you the skills and confidence to progress further into the world of Bushcraft.
