Nordic Fitness Club

Walk the Nordic 5K or the 2.5K on a regular basis, set your own fitness goals and meet them with help from Nordic Walking UK instructor and personal trainer Fiona Swan.

The session runs every Monday term-time from 12.50 - 2.00pm.



By attending the weekly class, you will;

  • Set your own achievable fitness goals & work towards them.
  • Learn how walk more effectively with or without poles.
  • Monitor heart rate or speed to develop your fitness.
  • Meet like-minded individuals in a beautiful forest setting.  
  • Feel motivated to do more and be your very best.

If it is mid-term and you would like to try a one off session, you are more than welcome to join us. Cost £5.

Please note, it is also possible to do the Nordic walking UK 'Learn to Nordic Walk' course as part of the programme for an additional £35.
