Chopwell Wood Volunteers

Informal trail to the riverside through mixed broadleaved woodland.

Get your hands dirty and help us and the Friends of Chopwell Wood look after the wood. A fantastic opportunity to learn new skills, keep fit and enjoy working in the great outdoors.

Over the years the volunteers have clocked up an impressive number of hours work in the Wood.  During this time they have carried out a variety of conservation, maintenance, community and education related tasks. This year we hope to widen the opportunities even further.
