Competition terms and conditions:

  1. The prize is vouchers to the value of £200 to spend at John Lewis.
  2. Valid entries are those submitted with the correct answer in the above form before the closing date.
  3. The closing date for the competition is Friday 16th December 2017, any entries after this date will not count, but your information may still be collected.
  4. A maximum of one entry per person will be accepted. If more than one entry is made, entrants will be disqualified. Entries made through agents, third parties, organised groups or any entry duplication method will not be accepted.
  5. By submitting this form, you are opting into our marketing database. You may receive news, updates and competitions from Forestry Commission England by email and occasional social advertising.
  6. There is no cash alternative to the prizes stated, and the prizes are not transferable. No part or parts of the prize may be substituted for other benefits, items or additions. If winners are unable to take the prize for whatever reason a redraw will take place.
  7. Winners will be picked at random from all valid entries, and notified within 7 days of the closing date.
  8. The Forestry Commission’s decision is final. No correspondence will be entered in to.
  9. The competition is open to UK residents, except employees of any party connected with the promotion.
  10. Entry implies acceptance into these terms and conditions. The entry instructions form part of the terms and conditions. By entering, you accept to and be bound by the terms and conditions.
  11. The Forestry Commission reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value should circumstances outside its control make this necessary.
  12. The Forestry Commission reserves the right to cancel, amend, withdraw, terminate or temporarily suspend this promotion in the event of unforeseen circumstances or technical reason outside its control, with no liability to any entrants or third parties but will use all reasonable endeavours to avoid consumer disappointment.
