Hands On Family Tree Talks
Join us for a short guided walk in the Pinetum where you can find out about some of the wonderful trees in our conifer collection by taking a close up look at cones, bark and leaves

Drop in to the Education Room at the Visitor Centre, then follow our seasonal trail around the Pinetum and hunt out all the hidden boxes along the way.
Illyria outdoor theatre - The Lost World
Join Illyria for another afternoon of theatre frolics! They promise prehistoric thrills, monster laughs and life-size dinosaurs in their must-see show of the summer.
Photography Workshop
Want to turn good photographs into fabulous images? Join award-winning local photographer, David Jenner, as he takes a small group round the Pinetum and shares his photographic expertise
Pinetum Bat Walk
Bedgebury is home to six different bat species and warm summer evenings are the best time to see them. Armed with bat detectors, our bat specialists will lead bat walks in the Pinetum to watch these wonderful creatures as the sun goes down.
Poetry & Drawing Creativity Workshop
See Bedgebury in a different light as you experience the Pinetum with an artist and a poet. Guided writing and drawing exercises will be used to help foster an enhanced appreciation and understanding of the trees in words and drawings.
Smartphone Photography Workshop
A professional photographer will lead a photographic walk round the Pinetum to show you how to take superb photos using your phone.
