Sunday 10 June 2018 - Drive & VC carpark closed from midday

Concert Setup

Setup for concerts will start from Monday 4th June 2018. Old Pale carpark will be closed from this date until Wednesday 13th June. The tracks around the edge of Old Pale will be open apart from on show days (Friday 8 June, Saturday 9 June and Sunday 10 June). A large number of heavy vehicles will be using the Forest Drive for concert site setup and take down so please take extra care during this time.

Concert Days

On the days of the concerts (Friday 8 June, Saturday 9 June and Sunday 10 June) vehicular access to the main car park at the Forest Centre will be as usual up to mid-day. Our stewards will be asking visitors to vacate that car park by 3pm to allow us to make preparations for the evening. Limited car parking will be available at Whitefield Car Park. Go Ape customers should park in Whitefield Car Park.

Concert car parking at the venue is available from 4pm and is included in the ticket price. If you are planning to arrive earlier in the day, standard admission fees will apply and you will need to park in Whitefield Car Park and then move your car to the concerts parking area after 4pm.

Drop off / Pick up point

The drop off and pick up point is located in Whitefield car park located off the B5152. To avoid the main concert traffic we would advise accessing the drop off / pick point from the direction of Hatchmere. The drop off and pick point uses a different entrance to the main concert carparks so please follow the yellow signage.

The drop off and pick up point is approximately a 20 minute walk from the concert arena along a dedicated, lit forest track. We advise that you wear suitable clothing and footwear.

Disabled customers wishing to be dropped off or picked up should use the main concert entrance and will be directed to the disabled parking areas. Vehicles dropping off disabled customers will need to remain on site or be back on site before 10pm.

Concert information

For times, what you can bring and other important information please see our Forest Live webpage.
