The venue

Concert timings

Concert car parks open at 4pm. The arena opens at 6pm, with live music starting at about 7.30pm and finishing about 10.30pm. These times are approximate; the latest updates on running times will be posted here approximately 2 weeks before the concert. Please leave quietly at the end of the concert in consideration for local residents.

Site opening times

A site entrance fee to Bedgebury Pinetum applies before 4pm. Free access to concert car parks from 4pm.


This is an outdoor venue. Seating is not provided or reserved. You are welcome to bring folding picnic chairs or rugs. If a standing area has been designated directly in front of the stage, seating brought into the venue will not be allowed in this area.

Food & drink

A full licensed bar and a variety of hot food outlets are available. Please note bar and food outlets do not accept card payments.
You are welcome to bring picnics, but please check the terms and conditions carefully as some items are not permitted in the arena.

General information

What to wear

We advise that you wear suitable clothing and footwear for an outdoor event. Unfortunately, we cannot permit umbrellas to be taken into the arena.

Cash points

The nearest cash point is in at the Northbound BP carage, hurst Green (3 miles away). 


The nearest public pay phone is about 1 mile down the B2079 towards
Goudhurst. Most mobile networks have coverage at this venue.

Disabled visitors

A viewing platform is available. Places on the viewing platform cannot be reserved or guaranteed.
The disabled car park is not limited to badge holders but priority will be given to them. The disabled car park is approximately 100 metres from the viewing platform along compacted gravel and grass paths.
Disabled toilets are available in the toilet block and inside the arena. Registered assistance dogs are permitted, but the live sound may disturb the animal. No other dogs are allowed on site.

On the B2079 between Goudhurst and the A21. Postcode: TN17 2SJ

Travel info

Sufficient car parking for visitors is provided on site. Vehicles should not
be left overnight in the car parks. Please consider the environment and car share where possible. Early arrival advised especially on Fridays due to peak time traffic on the A21.

Car parks open at 4pm for both concerts.

The nearest train stations are Etchingham (on the Hastings line from
Charing Cross or London Bridge). Alternatively, Tunbridge Wells, Frant
and Wadhurst (on the Hastings line) and Staplehurst and Marden (on the
Ashford line) are also nearby.

You must book your outbound and return taxi in advance. For details of local taxi firms visit or  There will only be pre-booked taxis on site. We do not have a taxi rank of cars waiting for passengers so you must book your return taxi journey in advance.
