Lovely walk with the doggy this afternoon. Didn't notice much poo except someone had picked up after their pooch and hung it on a tree branch!! Not sure what that's all about. I found plenty of bins around the toilet block to pop poo bags in

It's a shame that there is only the one comment. I walk this trail every week with a group and I find it relaxing and full of interesting natural habitats and flora. I have not seen any dog poo on the paths. I would encourage people to come for a walk. At a steady pace, taking in what's around you, it will take you about 50 minutes. Longer if you pause to absorb and take in what you can see, smell and hear.

absolutely disgusting dog poo stick and flick should be illegal ,total health hazard for children who like to explore,i am a responsible dog owner with 3 dogs and pick up and carry it doesn't cost or take up room to put a few more bins in

Hi, The Forestry Commission are in the process of changing its policy on dog poo and removing the stick and flick posters etc from sites. More bins do cost money not only to install but to empty regularly. There are plenty of bins in the visitor centre area and we have always encouraged people to use these around the visitor facilities and play areas.
