My husband and I came to get our Christmas tree a couple of weekends ago. While searching for the perfect tree in all the excitement I must have dropped my mobile phone. Without even realizing it was lost, one of delemere staff called my husbands phone from it and got it returned to me. I cannot thank them enough for the staffs honesty and kindness...my mobile holds irreplaceable memories/photos of my dad who we recently lost so this kind act means more to me than anything! On the day, we only took enough cash to buy the tree so I could not give them anything to show my gratitude and have felt awful ever since. I would be so happy if someone could pass on my thank yous again and ensure these employees are recognizes for their kind hearts and honesty.they are a credit to their employers. It was between 3-5 on sat 3rd Dec. Thank you a million times over. Lisa x

Picked a lovely fresh tree and was nice to hear Bing Crosby through the speakers and there was even a robin singing along in the trees. Lovely atmosphere even though it was cold and raining. Will go again next year. Good price for the tree garden centres charge alot more.
