Wildlife at Deerpark Car Park

Herodsfoot
Cornwall
England
Liskeard and Looe are the nearest towns or villages.
OS Grid Reference: SX197604
COMMON BUZZARDIf you don't want to venture too far from the beaten track to spot some of Herodsfoot's wildlife, why not try the waymarked walk which starts from the car park, or enjoy a quiet picnic and you might be lucky enough to spot some of the creatures which live here.

Birds: From the car park, you are most likely to see a buzzard soaring overhead, especially at the end of a warm day. The evening is also the best time to see and hear the ravens coming in to roost.

How to get there:
Turn off the B3359 following the signs for Herodsfoot. In approximately half a mile take the first turn on the right.
