The Monadh Mor is a pine woodland that has in the last few years been transformed back to its original Pine bog woodland Habitat.

Mammals: We have information about Red squirrel and Roe deer

Birds: This Woodland is a good location to spot Crested Tit,Crossbill,Red Kite and if you are lucky the Osprey. We have information about Red kite and Osprey

Insects and reptiles: THe wetter bogland area is a good plce to spot various types of Dragon fly.

How to get there:
Two miles North West from the Tore roundabout on the A835
