Cardinham

(Average user rating5 unrated 4.8/5)

Cardinham is a beautiful mixed woodland, popular with local dog walkers, cyclists, and horse riders.

A choice of waymarked trails will take you deep into the woods to discover stunning viewpoints and an intriguing history. Then make your way back and stop in at Woods cafe for a cuppa and some homemade cake. Or treat the family to lunch!

Important Visitor Notice
Please be aware that harvesting works have begun in Cardinham Woods to remove the infected larch. This is part of the continued fight against the virulent disease Phytophthora Ramorum. This will mean that small sections of the woods will be closed throughout the winter and should be completed by early spring 2012. Thank you for your patience and understanding during this time.
