About Kinlochard

Kinlochard is a small picturesque village at the west end of Loch Ard. From here you can follow the cycle route around the south side of the loch to Milton, or explore deeper into the forest on the extensive network of forest roads.

How to get there:

Kinlochard is in Loch Ard Forest which is part of Queen Elizabeth Forest Park.
From Aberfoyle, follow the B829 along the north side of Loch Ard to Kinlochard.
Aberfoyle is the nearest town or village.

I think it would be useful to direct people to the car park at the end of the village as there's no sign and people end up double parking by the loch. If they knew there was a car park, they'd go there.

Would be good to have pdf maps of the trails online. Superb area though.
