This is a small car park with access to the Forest Link which takes you up to the Pilot's Trail. The Misty Trail also departs from this point.
How to get there:
Barn Owl Car Park is in Cademuir which is part of Forests of the Scottish Borders.
From Peebles High Street, head west towards Glasgow until you come to the mini-roundabout at the end of the High Street.
Turn left, and go on to the B7062. Once over the bridge, take the second right and follow the signs for the school. Turn right uphill and just before the school, turn left onto the unclassified road.
Follow this road (past the first Cademuir access point) for approximately three miles. The Barn Owl car park is on the right.
Peebles is the nearest town or village.
