About Car Park

The car park lies adjacent to the Moniack Burn and is large enough to accommodate up to 9 cars, but is not suitable for buses.

There is an information panel giving details of the forest trail and the trees to be found here.

There are three picnic tables along the footpath, which are designed to be easily accessible to wheelchairs. Why not take a picnic with you and relax beside the tumbling waters of the Moniack Burn?

How to get there:

Car Park is in Reelig Glen.
Take the A862 road west from Inverness towards Beauly. After approximately eight miles, take the unclassified minor road on the left signposted to Reelig and Moniack. After half a mile, there is a green Forestry Commission sign pointing straight on to Reelig Glen - the car park is half a mile further on.
Inverness is the nearest town or village.
