About Littlemill

Littlemill is a small forest preserving a natural landscape formed during the Ice Age.

Why not go for a stroll along one of the three trails and marvel at how the esker ridges and kettle holes trace the passage of the glacier!

Along the route are signal posts which help interpret the glacial features. These routes were opened in June 2004 by Farr Primary School.

How to get there:

Inverairnie is the nearest town or village.

The carpark is about three miles from the A9 on the B851 Fort Augustus Road.
