About Achairn Car Park

The forest road leading from the car park heads deep into Achairn Forest, in places running along the banks of the Achairn Burn.

This road also links to the Tannach Road, which is three miles from Wick.

How to get there:

Achairn Car Park is in Achairn Forest which is part of Caithness.
The car park lies just off the Camster public road, about one mile north of the Grey Cairns of Camster - at forest entry waymark No 13.
Lairg is the nearest town or village.
