About Drumchapel Woodlands

The Drumchapel Woodlands are made up of three wooded sites set within the old Garscadden Estate, Glasgow.

The woodlands contain a number of surfaced footpaths and great views of the city.

A haven for wildlife, these beautiful woods have won the 'Clean Glasgow' and 'Scottish Finest Woods' Awards.

How to get there:

Clydebank and Knightswood are the nearest towns or villages.

By car

From Glasgow city centre travel west along Great Western Road (A82) to the Drumchapel flyover.

Head through Drumchapel town centre, on Kinfauns Drive and take a left after the Police station into Peel Glen Road.

Then take second right into Drummore Road, the woodlands can be accessed from this road.
