About Glen Nant Car Park
A small informal car park and start of the Ant Trail, an interpretative trail through this peaceful example of an Atlantic oakwood and a short Riverbank Trail which leads to a riverside picnic bench.
How to get there:
Glen Nant Car Park is in Glen Nant National Nature Reserve which is part of Fearnoch.
Three miles south of Taynuilt on the B845, look out for the Glen Nant National Nature Reserve signs.
Coming from Taynuilt, turn right into the entrance then over a small bailey bridge to reach the car park and access walks through this wonderful example of Scotland's Atlantic oak woods.
Taynuilt (3 miles) and Oban (16 miles) is the nearest town or village.
