The first car park you approach is suitable for the all ability trail and easy access to the Forest Centre. Travelling on to the second and largest parking area you are well positioned for all the children's play areas. The final car park takes you further into the wood and is perfect for the large picnic area near the Timberline adventurous play area.

Three very different play areas provide a challenge for all ages. Timberline provides older children with an assault course made of ropes, poles and chains suspended from the trees. Playwood is designed for younger children and offers a stimulating experience themed on the forest. The Habitat trail takes visitors on an exciting route around the forest punctuated with unusual play structures representing the creatures of the forest. The 3D Maze is a recent addition to the forest and is spread over 4 levels. |
