Queen's Jubilee Forest Picnic on Sunday 3rd June
We’ve got the space, you bring the picnic! Ask in the cafe about picnic goodies, drinks and ice-cream.
Make your own leafy crown to wear in your kingdom of trees, and go on a hunt for woodland treasures. Download invitations to send to your friends and other fun activity sheets from our jubilee website.
This ancient forest is famous for its oak trees which once supplied timber for navy ships. Whether you have come to walk, cycle, picnic, or see the wildlife, there is something at Alice Holt for everyone who loves the countryside.
A new iPhone App for visitors to Forestry Commission sites is also available now. It's easy to use and has a number of features including downloadable trail maps. For more information visit www.forestry.gov.uk/mobileapp
Disposable BBQs are not permitted on site.
There are 3 pre-bookable BBQs available for hire.
