About Wakerley Wood Car Park

This car park is open for use. However, harvesting work is due to take place from Monday 16th April onwards, for approx 6 weeks. On occasion it may be necessary to shut the car park for a few hours whilst felling takes place. Please obey any warning signs you encounter, and do not obstruct the gateways. Apologies for any inconvenience caused. The wood and facilities will be fully open every weekend.

How to get there:

Wakerley Wood Car Park is in Wakerley Great Wood which is part of Rockingham Forest.

Wakerley Great Wood is accessed from the A43, approximately 9 miles east of Corby, and 6 miles south west of Stamford. Follow the minor road off the A43 towards Wakerley village, and the car park is on the left.

Stamford is the nearest town or village.
