I note the offices have been removed since my last visit. Is long term care and protection of this splendid wood assured in these difficult times for the public sector?

First visit today and loved it. Great to see dragon flies near the pond and hear the birds overhead. I agree with the comment about the dog fowling being a let down. We always bag our dog mess but as so many people with dogs are not bagging theirs perhaps the stick and flick approach would work better than requesting it be bagged and taken away. Once in the undergrowth it's out of walkers way, It works well in other woods we've walked in.

Spectacular woodland but is severely let down by excessive dog fouling. This problem is particularly bad near the car park and I couldn't relax while walking with my young son.
