A small car park and viewpoint with stunning views across Bransdale. A public footpath leads from the wood to surrounding moorland.
How to get there:
Cow House Bank Viewpoint is in Cow House Bank Wood.
Leave the A170 Helmsley to Scarborough road on the edge of Helmsley following the minor road signed Carlton. Follow the road for about three and a half miles passing through Carlton. The viewpoint is on the left of the road.
Helmsley is the nearest town or village.
