A small informal parking area high above the forest.

 

How to get there:

Sneck Yate is in Boltby Forest.
The access point is a small parking area at a minor crossroads. The best access avoiding narrow winding roads is to follow the A170 to Sutton Bank. From here take the minor road north signed Cold Kirby. Keep left at the next junction, signed Boltby and follow the road for about 3 miles to the parking area. The roads are not suitable for coaches.
Boltby is the nearest town or village.
