About Aston Hill

This wood is a dedicated mountain bike facility and a day permit is needed to ride here. Current opening times are as follows: Weekends and Bank Holidays only 9.00am - 5.00pm “Arrive and Ride” all day pass - £5.00 Weekday Evenings - Tuesday and Thursday only from 6.00pm - 9.00pm “Arrive and Ride” evening pass - £3.00 For further information, please see www.rideastonhill.co.uk or call 01296 625825.

How to get there:

Aston Clinton is the nearest town or village.

Heading from Wendover to Tring on the B4009, Turn right onto St Leonards Road. Aston Hill is located on the left hand side after approximatley half a mile.

3rd May 2010: Ridden at Aston Hill today for the first time. Brilliant XC route. Further to the previous user-comment from 19th Feb, the prices on the website are STILL out of date. Today was ■7 for a day pass (which could have been ■6 for paying in advance). Great riding, but please update the prices online!!!!

Can you update your site as the prices are out of date .The day pass is now available on line through the Aston web site www.rideastonhill.co.uk or available on the day from the rangers or at the Wendover forest office .
