Chose to drive over an hour on a beautiful day after checking there was a cyclepath on your website, only to arrive and discover there were no signposted cycle routes whatsoever at any of the surrounding sites. Being unfamilliar with the area we did dot want to go off down unmarked paths and so had a wasted afternoon. Your information is extremely miss leading as there was also no toilet facilities at any of the sites as stated on the website. Overall very disappointed, we suggested you revise this information immediately.

What's of interest

Old Keepers Cottage. This is the largest area of preferable habitat for Red Squirrels anywhere in the Hiraethog Forest and the possibilities of sighting them are better here than anywhere else in Wales.

Please check before you visit that the area you want to come to is not closed, due to work in progress or an event taking place, by logging on to the CCW Website for current and future closures as determined by the CRoW 2000 Act.
