Ariundle
 

Part of the Atlantic Oakwoods and taking in a National Nature Reserve, Ariundle is a lovely woodland easily accessed by foot.

How to get there:

Strontian is the nearest town or village.
OS Grid Reference:

Cross the bridge over the river Strontian and turn immediately right. Follow the road until it takes a sharp left up the hill. Go straight ahead and you will see the Forestry Commission signs marked 'Ariundle'. The car park is approximately 800m ahead.
