About Uath Lochans Car Park

The car park and picnic site at Uath Lochans is one of the most scenic locations in Inshriach Forest and the wider Strathspey area, though it is still relatively unknown.

If you are looking to get away from it all in beautiful woodland surrounding, this is the place to come.

How to get there:

Uath Lochans Car Park is in Inshriach Forest.
From Kincraig, take the road opposite the memorial stone in the middle of the village, which leads down to the wooden bridge over the River Spey.
Carry on this road for about one mile to reach a T-junction. Turn right, and after half a mile, there is a minor road on the left beside Insh House. Take this road for one and a half.miles to the Forest Enterprise sign on the right, just before a forest road. Take this road to reach the car park.
Kincraig is the nearest town or village.
