Hayfield
 

This car park is immediately adjacent to the Cairngorm ski road and is the start point for three waymarked walking trails, three cycle routes and two cross-country ski trails.

How to get there:

Hayfield is in Glenmore which is part of Glenmore Forest Park. Aviemore is the nearest town or village.

Take the ski road from Aviemore towards the Cairngorms and after 6 miles you will be in Glenmore Forest Park. Go through Glenmore Village, cross the bridge over the Abhainn Ruigh-eunachan and the Herons Field car park is 150 yards beyond the bridge on the right.
