About Hayfield

This car park is immediately adjacent to the Cairngorm ski road and is the start point for three waymarked walking trails.

You can also access three cycle routes and two cross-country ski trails.

How to get there:

Hayfield is in Glenmore which is part of Glenmore Forest Park. Aviemore is the nearest town or village.

Take the ski road from Aviemore towards the Cairngorms and after six miles you will be in Glenmore Forest Park.

Go through Glenmore Village, cross the bridge over the Abhainn Ruigh-eunachan and the Herons Field car park is 150 yards beyond the bridge on the right.
