About Tain Hill

This car park gives access to the Tain Hill woods.

You can climb 190 feet from the car park to the magnificent viewpoint at Pulpit Rock. With extensive views over the Dornoch Firth and Tarbat Ness.

How to get there:

Tain Hill is in Tain Hill which is part of Easter Ross.
Follow the Forest Walk signs from the A9 Tain bypass up Jubilee Drive (south) for about one mile to the car park, which is at the end of the tarred road.
Tain is the nearest town or village.
