A surfaced car park in front of the Forestry Commission Depot at Clentry.

Walking trails

    The Kelty Heritage Trails Group have been working in partnership with Fife Council and the Forestry Commission to upgrade routes within the forest. Look out for a new lealfet in spring 2006.

How to get there:

Keltyhill Car Park is in Blairadam Wood which is part of Blairadam Forest. Kelty is the nearest town or village.

Leave M90 motorway at junction 4 and travel west along the B914. Take first right to enter Blairadam Forest. Follow road for just over half a mile to reach Keltyhill Wood car park.

Arts There are 2 new sculptures within the forest. A large totem pole was carved by First Nation Canadian artists and the people of Kelty. A local artist has carved a wildcat onto the brick work of an old bridge.
Heritage Blairadam forest was created by the Adam family of architects. William Adam and his son John created an extensive designed landscape areas of which can still be enjoyed today.
View Point There is a Sir Walter Scott viewpoint on the north edge of the wood which gives great views over Loch Leven and Benarty hill.
