Blairadam Wood
 

An attractive mixed woodland of mighty spruces and broadleaved beech woodland. Highlights are The Glen and Keltyhill Glen.

How to get there:

Blairadam Wood is part of Blairadam Forest. Kelty is the nearest town or village.

Take junction 4 from the M90 and head west along the B914. Take first entrance on right-hand side and follow road through wood for just over half a mile to the car-park.

What's of interest
The eastern half of the forest were part of an important designed landscape centered around Blairadam House. In its heyday the estate was visited by Sir Walter Scott.
