Glen Creran

Located in a beautifully secluded area of North Argyll, Glen Creran boasts an example of Scotland's very own rainforest, the Atlantic Oakwoods. Here you can see native wildlife making it's home in this newly restored landscape.

How to get there:

Appin and Barcaldine is the nearest town or village.

From the south, east and west follow the A828 towards Appin and Fort William. Go across the Creagan bridge and turn right at the roundabout for Invercreran. From Fort William and Appin turn left at this roundabout. After 2 miles bear left onto the single track road and continue up the Glen to the car park at the end of the public road.
