About Beinn Ghuilean

The developing woodland on the slopes of Beinn Ghuilean, with its colourful mixture of spruce, pine and larch trees provides the backdrop to the busy Royal Burgh of Campbeltown.

A popular trail, which has a number of short but steep climbs along the way, leads you through the woodland offering fine views over the town and Campbeltown loch.

How to get there:

Campbeltown is the nearest town or village.

Cambeltown is at the end of the A83 at the southern end of the Kintyre Peninsula. Beinn Ghuilean sites on the hillside to the south of the town.
