About Ardcastle Car Park

Please note that due to recent storm damage all trails are closed at Ardcastle. Work has begun in the car park and entrance to remove fallen trees.

We will notify you as soon as we can when they are to re-open. Sorry for the inconvenience (As at January 16th 2012).

Stop and stretch your legs in a great location

The car park gives access to a number of walks in this delightful wood on the shores of Loch Fyne and offers a pleasant spot to stop for a picnic while taking in the views over the wood.

 

How to get there:

Ardcastle Car Park is in Ardcastle.
Ardcastle is two miles east of Lochgair or three and a half miles west of Minard along the A83.
Lochgair is the nearest town or village.
