About Kilmory Castle

Please note that due to recent storm damage all trails are closed at Kilmory. We will notify you as soon as we can when they are to re-open. Sorry for the inconvenience.

Park in the grounds of Kilmory Castle and follow the paths through Kilmory woodland park to Kilmory wood. A great escape into the woods and only ten minutes walk from Lochgilphead.

How to get there:

Kilmory Castle is in Kilmory which is part of Kilmichael Forest.
From Lochgilphead, follow the A83 south for one mile to the Kilmory Industrial Estate. Follow the road through the Industrial Estate to Kilmory Castle at the top.
Lochgilphead is the nearest town or village.

Wee bit sad, paths muddy, signage not very good got lost a few times gardens untidy. Could be a great place just needs a bit of love and attention
