Glen Donich

The circular walk starts from opposite Lochgoilhead Primary School. Picnic tables are available for recreation/relaxation. For the more adventurous there are two hill routes, one which takes you to Coilessan Glen - above Loch Long, the other to Glen Croe - above Arrochar.

How to get there:

Glen Donich is in Loch Goil which is part of Argyll Forest Park. Lochgoilhead is the nearest town or village.

Most visitors approach this area by A82 road along Loch Lomond, the A83 over the Rest and be Thankful and then follow the B828 to Lochgoilhead.

For public transport information follow the Traveline Scotland link under the Useful sites section opposite.
